Kshitij practiced as independent litigator before joining the firm and now he practices as a company Secretory. Since then, he has gained a lot of experience of Company Law. He is an expert in field company compliance, joint ventures, IPR, asset management. Issues involving  FEMA & FDI have been tackled by him. He also works on matters involving civil disputes, and is well versed in Property laws.
